When it is manufactured, the synthetic fibers are compactly and diagonally braided. The packing is preferred for use in the cellulose, paper, food and sugar industries, in breweries, in waste water technology or when treating water in power stations, for cooling water, abrasive river water and in turbine oil circuits.
